Canady's Termite & Pest Control

You know what I appreciate about Canadys? The fact that they wont send out an employee on a hover board to knock on my door at 7:30 at night ignoring a No Solicitation sign to see if I want to upgrade my service or change services. Used them for years and been extremely happy!

Updated 8/8/23 Stayed with Canady's for almost 3 years. The service personnel are very nice and professional. The office personnel are also nice. 3 stars because: We were on a Quarterly treatment plan which was almost always missed. We would need to call to get them to come out. Because of the lapse between treatments, we would have more pest activity and would need to spray to control until Canady's could make it out for treatment. If you don't mind having to keep yourself scheduled, they are a good company. Downgraded to 1 star because: Since writing this review Canady's tried to convince me I was wrong and they were right. On top of that, they scheduled a "qtrly" appointment for August 21st with last appointment being February 14th (not only is that 6 months between visits and not a qtrly vist but I had already cancelled service with them.) I ended up having to call them and cancel the appointment and confirm no service once again. Services: General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination

After the confusion over the date they were going to treat our home was settled it was obvious that only two rooms out of five had been done. Then the person we spoke with wanted to send the same man that didn't do it right the first time back out again and since it was close to time for a second spray we could go ahead and pay them another $250, and the job wasn't done the first time! I'm thinking about losing another $45 in a civil suit just for the principal of it. I paid someone $230 so I could stay out of my house for five hours to come back into see quit a few dead bugs in the two rooms he treated and not one in the rooms he never even bothered to open the door to. And I don't know about you but when a person messes something of mine up, I don't want you to send me that same person.That's like asking a chef to spit in your food twice please! So no , no good reviews here only hard feelings, and a shame on you like people have that kind of money for nothing now days!

Another exceptional and professional service call today from Neil. Explained everything in detail detail . Have been customer for years, the quality of service just keeps getting better.
