She was very rude considering that she is our realtor and if we need help supposedly she would have to at least give us some assistance... the cleaning company delivered the dirty floor and totally dusty closets and cabinets, I sent some pictures of the dusty from the kitchen cabinet to her and we asked her if the cleaning company can return and redo the cleaning, simply said that couldn't do anything, at first she was super helpful, after the signed contract shes totally dont give any assistance or information.

Diana assisted us in selling our home in Pinehurst, NC and we could not recommend her more highly! From the beginning of the process she was professional, extremely helpful, honest, diligent and always had our best interests at heart. Our sale was not straight forward with many hurdles along the way with our buyer but Diana went in to fight for us on every issue and was always on top of an issue before we knew about it. Stop looking, youve found the only realtor youll ever need to know in North Carolina!! Diana is not only a stellar realtor who goes above and beyond to ensure that you find your perfect house, but shell be your therapist, financial advisor, voice of reason, and lastly but not least your friend. She works weekends, early mornings, late nights, holidays, during her family vacations, you name it!! I cant tell you the number of times she rushed from picking her kids up from school to meet us at a showing or got us on a houses schedule 5mins after we sent her the link. Diana is not only the most knowledgeable realtor around, but she herself has bought, sold, renovated, managed properties, and had her own properties managed. She always has your best interests in mind and will never hesitate to fight for you in every transaction. Diana helped us buy our first house and there is no question that shell be the one to sell or manage my property whenever I leave NC!
