We found a great rental home in historic Tryon, earned AirBnB income with Lynne's help and got connected to a treasure trove of experienced people who have helped us make this our home. Her style is rare in the real estate world with her approach of letting the buyers lead. She was and continues to be attentive, responsive and on top of it. We loved being here when we could so much that with Lynne's facilitation of the purchase of our home we moved here! Our pets love it too! I've worked with a lot of realtors over the years and Lynne is a breathe of fresh air. Unlike many, she did not push my wife and I to properties she was anxious to sell, but rather listened and responded to our needs and desires. I really liked her low-key, but very professional approach. She also did her research on the properties she showed us and had really useful insights about the sellers and the neighborhoods. Lynne also knows Tryon and the region well. If we ever buy or sell property in this area again, our first call will be to Lynne.
