A very disappointing experience. They advertise emergency care on their website but their care was anywhere but emergent. Called in on a Monday morning with constant tooth pain that was waking me up in the night. They got me an appointment for that Wednesday for a cleaning and xrays. So come Wednesday I am paying for a cleaning which I did not need and being told information I already know. Need a root canal or remove the tooth. I Stated that I have been taking over the counter pain meds a for the last 5 days to control pain so they said they would send me in an antibiotic to help with the pain until I made my decision. Left their office at 2pm and never had an RX sent in that entire afternoon/evening. Very disappointing for someone in constant pain. Called the next day when they opened. No answer. Left message. Called again many hours later. No answer. Received a text message around lunchtime the next day, stating that there software that they used to send in the prescriptions was not working and they were having to manually call the pharmacy. Why this was not explained to me the day before I have no idea, when they apparently were having issues with it that day as well. And then, when they did finally get my prescription to a pharmacy after me stating and confirming what pharmacy to send it to on two different occasions, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy across town. Very frustrating and disappointing experience all around. Would not recommend for emergent care. Their office staff is nice, but obviously not in a hurry to help patients that need things done in a timely manner.

Broke a wisdom tooth on Friday was in excruciating pain all weekend without sleep.. called them as soon as they opened on a monday.. not only did they see me at lunch but also pulled it.. they were amazing amd really cared.. they also accepted medicaid as well so this place is amazing.

Best Dentist ever! The Dr's and the entire staff are superb! Very professional and explain everything in terms you can understand. The nurses in the back are gentle, caring and explain everything step by step to keep you informed and comfortable. The front desk is helpful and speedy to get you in and out quickly. They are also professional and knowledgeable with insurance assistance. Just overall a great dental office!

Everyone at this office is so sweet and caring, from the ladies you see when you walk in, to the assistants, to the dentist. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but at this office, they do their absolute best to make you comfortable and relaxed. They actually listen to you. I could go on and on, honestly... I'm just very thankful that I found this office and that there are still people like them, that make you feel like you matter, and you're not a child for being afraid. 10/10.
