        Went here with my nephew to get some parts for a truck he is working on. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did not talk down to him and treated him like an equal.

        I stopped in to have someone check my battery. I needed a new one. Apparently my car battery installation requires more than they are allowed to typically do. The manager, Paul said he would take a look at it for me. He actually changed it out, put a new installation kit on it, changed my 2nd battery in the trunk (auxiliary battery) in 40 degree weather and asked me to wait inside where it was warm. Best customer service experience in a long time. Thank you Paul for helping me!!!
