Bad experience at this establishment. Linda that files most of the taxes here has HORRIBLE attention to detail. Misspelled my name, my husband’s employer name & was off over 1000$ with her quote to what we owed state. When I said I would leave & get a second opinion she found her mistake where she didn’t enter something correctly bringing our 1185 owed down to $74 owed. I felt very uneasy after she printed the paperwork the 3rd time after fixing all her errors. Was told it would cost 135 to file here but then at the end it ends up being over 200. One of the only reasons I went here was bc I was on maternity leave so haven’t collected a check in 2m & their 500$ back in 1 business day was appealing. She told me I would receive it in 1-3 days but when I called back to check the status of my return I found out she didn’t even sign my husband & I up to receive it. Then I called multiple times wanting to speak with a manager & a Summer was supposed to call me back. I never received a call. I had went here year after year when Tabitha & her mom owned it but they’ve both passed and whoever is running it now is running it into the ground. Horrible customer service. I’m scared my return it going to come back wrong with all of Linda’s mistakes I caught, not counting the ones I didn’t see. Would not recommend. Would have been better off using tax act or turbo tax.

Tabitha is one awesome woman!! She does my taxes every year. The best hands down.
