        It takes them awhile to answer the phone because they are very busy at times. So be patient, they will get back to you or just keep calling. I have dealt with them for a ling time. They are very helpful in getting you the best prices. I also like that they will call if you miss a payment or send you a letter before the last day it can be paid. Thank you, A.M
