        Bill keeps getting higher... I may just switch at this point. Cierra is the best at what she does but the company should not raise your rate especially when your car sits in a gated back yard with a pitbull and cameras up and locks on gate. Besides Cierra it's bad business.

        I have been with Allstate for quite a few years,don't have any complaints, customer service is great ,if you have any issues or problems they do everything to help solve them for you. Not looking to change, very pleased with Allstate.
