They are lucky to get 2 stars. Ive had my unit for almost 4 years and constant problems. From financing in the beginning to the extreme loud whale sound when the unit would go in defrost. Ever since they fixed the loud sound my unit it constantly freezing over outside. They have been out MANY times trying to fix it but we are still having problems. I have a toddler, it is not okay for me to have to keep turning my heat off for it to defrost for them to come look at it at a very inappropriate time. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and dont purchase a unit from here. Maybe we have terrible luck but after 3 1/2 years , luck has nothing to do with it. THE OWNER NEEDS TO CONTACT ME, especially since he is the one who came in my house and sold me the unit. I did give 2 stars as it was set up initially very fast. Edit to add... Had to call my home warranty company because the unit wouldn't stop running and it was over 50 degrees outside. The unit is not even 4 years old! Come to find out, the compressor is bad and somehow got oil in lines it is not supposed to be in. So now here we are in 40 degree weather with NO HEAT and a Toddler!! I think they are closing down anyway which makes it more messed up. Oh, did I mention Christmas is LESS than a week away.
