(They didnt get my wife in same day. Not even NEXT day, and we didnt even CALL their referral, much less use them. BEWARE. They will lie to cover up when they do something wrong. They did it to respond to my review and everybody that works in that office knows those are flat out lies.) Dr Darr, Did you know my wife was crying so hard when she left your office today I couldnt understand what she was saying? Did you know she had just worked 5 12 hour shifts as a charge nurse at the hospital on barely any sleep because of her toothache? Did you know when you told her you were going to pull one of her front teeth and she asked you what about the hole and you told her if you want to be vain about it we can put a temporary tooth in there until you get a partial that you humiliated her? Did you know that by Gods grace we were able to get an appointment hours later with a specialist who did an x ray and said its ONLY AN INFECTION THAT CAN BE REMOVED BY SIMPLY CUTTING HER GUM? Im beyond disappointed in your treatment of my wife. You were callous, indifferent to her pain, and just plain wrong in every way. I hope that someone you love is treated so poorly by someone you are trusting to help them. You are the worst of us maam My response to your reply: I didnt think I could have a lower opinion of you until I read the lies in your response to cover up how you treated my wife. Lie #1: You did NOT get her in same day. You set an appointment for 2 weeks out. She called back the next day asking to be seen sooner and you set it for the DAY AFTER THAT. Thats not the same day. Lie #2: She did NOT use your referral. You didnt give a referral until she called to cancel the fitting for the temporary front tooth that Dr. Darr called vain. She ASKED for a referral but thought better of using anyone you would recommend. She found WINSTON ENDO on her own. They were NOT referred by you. They actually DID get her in same day and they did an AWESOME job helping her. One more thing Im pretty sure you didnt know. Did you know that your employees apologize for your behavior after you leave the room? Didnt think so.

I love Dr. Darr and all of her staff. My family has been going to Dr. Darr for 23 +years. I will always recommend Darr Denistry. Hands down the best !
