        I pay h&r block to do my taxes so that I don't have to worry about the IRS but some how because I work in multiple states a year they have screwed me up and then after getting the first letter from the IRS I take it to them they say they will take care of it 2 years later I get another letter they didn't do anything I take that letter back to them they say they will handle it it's an easy fix been calling to check in on it for over a month no answers get another letter from the IRS now I find out it's not just one year the messed up but now two if they would stand by there word and take care of it then I wouldn't care but I have given them enough time (2 years to fix an "easy fix") I will never use them again and will have to deal with there screw up all on my own
