        Called and scheduled a day and time for Powells to come and clean out septic tank. No call, no show. Husband took off a whole day waiting on them to come. Dont waste your time on this unprofessionalism. Theres other companies that are professional and willing.

        Just had them out today to empty our septic. These guys are great! Super friendly, helpful and very honest. They are the first and only company I call when our septic needs pumped. Let me tell you how honest. A few years back we had them out thinking we were full. Turns out we just had a blocked up filter. They didn't charge me a thing! They could have made 200 bucks off of me that day but again they were honest and didn't charge a penny. They come most times same day or the next. We could not be more happy and highly recommend them.
