She helped me with determining a sale price with her knowledge of the market. That home sold in one day for just over asking price. Next came the sale and closing for that place and I felt like I had a pro real estate boxer in my corner. Next, Karen made me feel like I was her only client when it came time to relocate and buy and was right there when I was ready to see properties. She patiently guided me through the very foreign (to me) process and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. I felt important to her and was never made to feel as though I was imposing. WOW- KAREN is a true GIFT! My husband and I were extremely fortunate to find Karen when we started our home search. In our first meeting she was engaged and fully committed to finding us our ideal home. Not only did she work tirelessly to schedule a crazy amount of home visits into a single day (I think our biggest day was 12?) during our multiple visits to North Carolina, she also kept us on-task with paperwork regarding inspections, lenders and everything else we had no idea we needed to do! Her suggestions for inspection companies (general inspection/structural engineers/HVAC/tree removal, etc) were always spot-on. Karen is an amazing resource for EVERYTHING! Her communication was always well-timed and never overwhelming. She is truly the best realtor I have ever known- and she is also a lovely and kind person. Thank you!! Seriously- the greatest home buying experience EVER!
