        No water in our house, called these folks at 8:05AM. They were at our house by 8:45 and had replaced our tank and switch by 9:20. Carried away the old tank too. Courteous and fast. Absolutely recommend them.

        Professional scam artists. Never go with them. Tried to tell me I needed to get a crane to pull my well pump costing 7k and another guy came and fixed the issue for 100 dollars. Horrible people.

        Big shout out of THANKS to Greene Brothers for not giving up on finding and solving my water problem today. Three other companies tried and failed over the last year to increase my water pressure. These guys fought through a jungle of kudzu and brambles until they found the valve box hidden under 20 years of dirt and gravel. I could not be more happy with the results.

        I was very pleased with this company. We had three strong power surges and they fried our well pump. We had no water. We called them and they came out that same day and installed a new pump. The team that came out were awesome! They were very efficient and pleasant. The associate at the office was also very awesome! She communicated with us the whole time and was very helpful and pleasant. A big thank you to their team of associates. Service: Pump installation

      Interesting. From our correspondence, multiple other companies told you the same thing- that the pump would need to be replaced. The last company that came out (a week later) ‘fixed it’ by resetting the control box. My first big question in that diagnostic situation would be “why are the overloads in a new control box tripped out in the first place?”. Now I would surely hope that, especially with the recent history and the other teams given the same diagnosis as us, they pressure tested the pump in order to simulate the load that would be put on that pump once the water level was drawn down in the well under normal working circumstances and not a fully recovered well that hadn’t been used in a week and a half. Nevertheless, you are entitled to your opinion of our company.
