I really enjoyed working with Patricia. She was readily available at all hours to answer any questions and to make sure things were going smooth. It's always nice to work with someone who puts their clients first. I look forward to working with Patricia again in the future!

Oh my word, where to begin? I didnt know realtors like her existed! 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone. I moved to NC from TN around two years prior to beginning working with her. I have bought a house in TN and I rarely heard a peep from that realtor. She didnt even show up to the closing. Well let me tell you, I had a totally different experience with Patricia. We both sold and bought a house using her so we got both ends of the deal with her. We were clueless about so many things. She graciously (god bless her on most days having to deal with us lol) answered questions, texts, calls, followed up on the status of various reports. She went to bat for us while selling and while buying. If we were unsure of how to transfer Wi-Fi, gas lease, things that Im certain most realtors dont do, she knew exactly what to do. She went to bat for us during buying and selling.She is just such an honest, good person and has been the biggest blessing during this process and we have found our forever home thanks to her diligence and caring. 5 stars really doesnt do her justice.

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Patricia. She helped my wife and I buy our first house in 2017 and was an invaluable partner throughout the whole process, going the extra mile to explain anything we didn't understand. She was patient, professional and responsive (to our many, many questions). We worked with Patricia again to sell our home this year (2022) and once more she provided personable, friendly, knowledgeable support to us all throughout the process. Highly recommend Patricia Stanberry!
