Impressive team as I came in for a carry out order. It was good to see a full staff and drivers going in and out.

Just another disappointing Pizza from  Domino's.   We gave up on the Hubert, NC location months ago after 4 very poor experiences.  Decided to give Cedar Point, NC a try and so far 3 out of 4 orders have fallen flat.  Tonight - Ordered a Pan Crust Pepperoni to keep it simple.  Ordered on line from parking lot and it was ready in 15 minutes.  Unfortunately did not look at the pizza till we got home.   I could immediately tell it wasn't prepared right and the taste test confirmed that.  Dry - no crust on the crust - overly bread like - kinda like eating a stale Kaiser roll, with bad cheese and  sparse pepperoni.  Sauce was nowhere to be found.  I called and asked to speak to the MGR - was told there was none on duty and the individual running the store - was on loan from another location.  The prior pizza we ordered was a credit for a previous bad order and they even got this one wrong.  Ordered a pan pizza - received hand tossed.   When we called back to inform them of the mistake - the employee who answered the phone - admitted he took the order, made the mistake - and offered no resolution.  I don't know what's wrong with these two Domino's in ENC - but we've given them 10 tries and by my numbers that is well beyond three strikes.  I would rate this 4 balls and Walk.
