The best homebuilder we have ever worked with and we have built 3 homes. Daniel understands the "basics" in a high end home and those are just built into the foundation of the home. And, this list of "basics" evolves with each house. For example, he is now offering the beautiful, European style range as an option for his house. As much as we love beautiful finish outs we care far more about the guts. Daniel does too. He uses quality materials and ensures all "crawl/work" spaces are designed for easy access. In the time we lived in his home we did not have one repairman to the house. Not one. We would absolutely have Daniel build our next home and call on him often for his opinion on technologies and trends.

We bought our home as a spec home 1 year ago. Daniel and Nate have been great to work with. Prior to closing , they changed several things in the house so it would better for us. Communication with Daniel was spot onunlike a lot of service businesses that dont call you back or follow up on issues. Very refreshing to work with individuals that care about their work and customers.

Gingerich Homes were absolutely fabulous to partner with to build our custom home. This is our third custom home, and this experience was by far the best. Nate and Daniel were thorough, professional, honest and kind throughout the build. During the process, I had many questions and they were always quick to respond. We are absolutely thrilled with our custom home! And we've walked away from this partnership with much respect for Nate and Daniel, too.
