Reaching the office is a nightmare. The staff dont return calls and prescriptions not promptly addressed. Very dissatisfied.

The patients were overcharged and the office climate was not good for patients or staff. I have 20+ years as a provider and would not refer anyone here.

Zero stars but gave one because it wont allow you to post otherwise. My daughter had her first virtual appointment. It was originally scheduled for an hour. Day of they called to say theyd made a scheduling error and it would only be thirty minutes. We paid in advance as instructed and were told theyd credit the other half to the next appointment. My daughter was on that call exactly 19 minutes. Not thirty. The receptionist called later to tell us they could not and would not be crediting the half and we would be billed for the entire $60 wed paid upfront. I told her to throw her (my daughters) information in the trash and cancel her next appointment because I dont like being robbed. I told her I wanted someone from upper management to call me and they have not. We will never go back.
