Very unprofessional administration staff. Probably the worst place I've ever worked. The Human Resources Department might as well be nonexistent, because Diana cannot help you with any issue you may have as an employee. Plus she doesn't communicate well at all. The employees who keep the lights on are exhausted and overworked, while the useless ones get promotions and celebrated.

Worked here for little over two years and had enough. Plant manager at the time didn't know what he was doing letting HR run things. Always had mandatory overtime and not enough time to be at home with the family. HR is also always seen on the floor with either open toe heels or heeled shoes which isn't allowed. She should be wearing steel toe shoes like everyone else. They also kept making promises and never kept them. Couldn't keep anyone in second shift. Kept telling employees how much money their behind and not by days. Had enough and left the place behind. Avoid working here at all costs!

The Human Resources (Diana Patino) has no idea what shes doing. She has made a lot of changes like unnecessary spending budget remodeling the interior of the building which wasnt needed and now the company is in financial trouble. Also, she has poor social skills and is a very self absorbed person.
