Park Place Greenhouse & Design - Florist Statesville Nc

This was truly the worst experience I've had with a florist. I ordered a small arrangement for my wife's birthday 3 days before. I was scheduled to pick up the order on the day of her birthday and when I showed up there was no one there. I waited and tried calling the number listed on Google as well as on the website with no answer. I found another florist around the block and they made a beautiful arrangement in 10 minutes. I'm so thankful to them because they seriously saved the day. That was two weeks ago and I've since called this florist another time trying to make sure that they did not charge me for my order and left a message. No return phone call or email. I really don't understand how a company can function like this and stay in business. This seems like a reoccurring issue based on these other reviews.

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday, the first birthday she has had since the passing of our father. Flowers were not delivered and phone number has been disconnected. Ruin the special day, I was trying to create to soften the grief and add a smile on this hard day.
