We paid Luis $65,000 to install a large driveway with 4 inches of asphalt and 2 inches of base. We noticed after 1st rain 2 areas that were holding water. Within 4 weeks we had an area breaking in pieces. We notified Luis and he has been promising to come here for the past 8 months and has not come. After checking out asphalt in detail the thickest piece was 3 inches and most was 2 inches. We are hiring an attorney to sue for fraud as he did not install what he promised. His last conversation he told me he doesn't want to pay to fix it and that he would file it on his insurance. That was 3 months ago. He's a crook.

Agreed on price and job in writing. Came to clear land and take down trees. Didn't have correct equipment. So only completed half of the job . Left trees all over yard and stumps - due to taking down by hand vs excavation. Said he would dig for pool. Sent him the plans a week in advance. Then said he didn't know how to do this. Said he would come back on a Wednesday and take out stumps and clear trees. Never responded to any emails and texts.

Luis and his crew did a great job for us! I am giving 4 stars because the project was not without problems. But Luis took responsibility for the issues (even though he and I believe they were not his fault) and worked on the project until everything was right and we were extremely satisfied. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Luis to friends, family and strangers. He is an honest business man and tradesman who cares about the outcome of his work.
