I called to have some fencing replaced due to a car wreck that took out the large gate on my commercial property, the representative had no desire to help me and almost made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him by calling them with a business opportunity. He wanted me to take pictures and send them to him as it would be at least a week before he could do an onsite visit.I am glad that they are extremely busy but the lack of desire to sell their product befuddles me!

Quick to respond to inlitial inquiry about fence and came out same day an hour later to measure my yard and had a quote just a couple hours later. Best priced for install that I had found. They were helpful with options on where to place the fence and the install was very fast!
