We have a large pond that was overgrown with brush. John did a great job clearing the bank using a heavy duty forestry mulcher. Because of the slope of the land, it was not easy to access. He is professional and very skilled at his trade. I highly recommend!

I hired Alden and Son to clear 1 acre+ on my property near Davidson NC. John showed up when he said he would and went right to work. I am retired from a 40 year career in the heavy and Highway industry and have worked with many outstanding equipment operators. I put John with the best I ever worked with. Hes a master craftsman clearing trees with a track excavator. John also did a fair amount of general site grading work for me. Outstanding as well with all types of grading work. John did some bush hogging (brush hogging) for me on a piece of property I purchased with alot of under brush. John was excellent in communicating when he would be there, arrived on time and did an incredible job. He's a hard worker and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him based on the results of the job he did for me as well as his work ethic. He isn't someone who will show up, give you an estimate then send a crew to do all the work. He's is involved and does the work too. I would definitely use Alden & Son again in the future.

John Alden did an absolutely amazing job grading and hydro-seeding my backyard. I had quotes from five separate landscaping companies and John was very competitive from a pricing stand point but more importantly- was extremely professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any land clearing/demolition/hydro seeding work and will look to find more ways to employ him in the future!

John Alden came highly recommended to us by a friend! He did some forestry mulching in our woods a week ago and we couldn't be more pleased with the result! Within 30 minutes of calling him he came out to give us an estimate. He knew exactly what we wanted done and gave us his professional recommendation on how to achieve the result we wanted. John was very trustworthy, respectful and a pleasure to work with! We will continue to use Alden & Son in the near future!
