        No leasing office exists. The phone number is an endless loop. I lived there 2022-2023 and had major flooding issues in my kitchen for the 1st 8 months. Theres no way to get ahold of anybody other than an answering service in India that you can report to, but they cant give you status updates, and if anyone from maintenance ever does come, they dont call firstthey just let themselves right in. The maintenance issues are too numerous to list, but some examples are: neighbors without heat in winter, without A/C in summer, trash piling up outside, plumbing/sewer issues causing water to flow through parking lot The parking lot is so full of giant pot holes that you better have a lifted truck to get in and out.
