        Yancey medical center has recommended this place twice to me due to my doctor was booked all week. The 1st time a year ago was a waste of time & money. This time was a bigger waste of time, money & almost my health. We Ended up going to the hospital the very next morning. After going to Mauzy Phillips the evening before.Where nothing was done, they said it's just something viral. At the hospital ER instant tests were done ( blood work & urine sample. Problem found & solved! Won't return to Mauzy.

        My husband was completely out of his Glipzide on 12/01/2022. The pharmacy has sent requests two times and I have called three times to get the new prescription. It is now 12/07/2022 and the prescription still has not been called in. This is not the first time with this problem. What is wrong with Kerri Norris that she can't get our meds to the pharmacy? We never had this problem when we were seeing Ashley Williams.

        Came to this hospital for a middle of the night emergency, because I had a bad experience with Mission Asheville. The emergency room department was wonderful, and I was able to get a diagnosis and be on my merry way. Thank you to the drs and nurses here

        Great staff, excellent pharmacy, but most of all how lucky we are to have a specialist geriatrician practicing here, Dr. Jennifer Larson. I only hope that she stays in consideration of how poorly HCA tends to treat their professionals.
