Spring Lake Inn & Suites - Fayetteville

Mold in the hall. Exterior doors that don't close automatically. The smell of weed. Hard beds. Staff was cordial. I realize that it stayed at this hotel before when it was a part of a chain. Not much has improved. They advertise a breakfast and a gym, and that is a lie.

Customer service was ok , Elevator was out of order , Room door had a gap around the frame with a lot of play with in the door jam.Hallways and stair case was covered in cigarettes ashes and food crumbs .The whole building smelled like marijuana and cigarettes the rooms were clean except for the bathroom. The soap was the size of a peppermint, toilet set had dried up urine and pubic hair everywhere. The bathroom sink was stopped up.The mattress are out dated felt like the bed was gonna break.They had no breakfast served .heat and air needs to be updated.
