        Top notch credit union, I have a couple of CDs and a money market savings account with them. The forest city branch have friendly staff members that are very knowledgeable.

        The staff are really friendly at this location, and as a new member I felt very comfortable. Each of the employees were knowledgeable and I felt confident that they would handle my transactions appropriately.

        Great customer service. I have been a member since 1975. I joined when it was Cone Mills Federal Credit Union, then it went to Tri-City Mall as Premier, then merged with Charlotte Metro and now Skyla. It has gotten better with each merger. All employees are friendly and very helpfully. It's a great place to bank.

        Ever since I opened up an account with Skyla, which was super easy by the way, they have been nothing but helpful I visited the new building in Forest City last week, and the nice lady helping me was easy and so helpful.. If you're thinking of using Skyla, then you can't go wrong
