All had excellent reviews but a vast difference in prices. German is NUMBER ONE in quality, timing AND price BAR NONE. CALL HIM FIRST. Zero hidden costs. I had a shingle roof put on my home about five to six years ago. After the new shingle roof I was still having trouble with a valley leaking. After that I decided if I was going to have another roof put on my home it would be metal. In December 2023 I was on my lunch break in Southport cruising through town and spotted a truck advertising Neighbor Metal Roof. I followed the truck for a few blocks in order to get the number. After getting the number I pulled over, dialed the number and a gentleman answer Neighbor Metal Roof. I asked him, since you are in Southport could you stop by and look at my roof to give me a price on replacing my roof with metal. After all said done I have a new metal roof on my home. This company is the bomb, very knowledgeable of there work, very respectful and understanding to the customer. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to get a metal roof installed.
