Although the people were nice and apologetic, they were completely overwhelmed and not able to handle the volume of work they committed to, which meant everything was delayed, entered wrong, etc. We had to reach out many times, leave many message that went unreturned and hand hold them through our closing process. What should have been an exciting time, was overly stressful due to lack of communication and excuses of being too busy. If you cannot handle the workload appropriately for each client, you should not agree to take them on. A cash offer house closing should not be this difficult.

Our closing almost didn't happen on time and the entire process was complete chaos. The staff refused to return calls and were very slow to respond to email. Our friend's had a similar issue and their closing was delayed over a week!!

Used this company as suggested by our realtor company. Wish I could give 1 star. Bought my first house and day of closing we were told we would be able to get keys by 2:30pm. That time came and went. Called the mortgage company who said they hadnt received any paperwork concerning our closing from the attorney office. After finding out the county deed office closes at 4:30pm. We called several times to the attorney only for them to blame the mortgage company. Days prior to closing our closing date was pushed back because the mortgage company didnt have the title from the lawyer. The front staff is rude. And the lawyers lied to us about appropriate timing as to when we could get our keys. Anyways. We didnt get our keys until 4:22pm. Would never suggest them or use them again!
