Vic Rosado is an outstanding agent and we highly recommend him. Our situation was unique in that we were selling a house in Southport while living in Charlotte. Vic was very committed to helping us update the home before we put it on the market. His advice on where to spend the money that would offer the most for our investment was excellent. Without Vic, it would have been nearly impossible for us to meet the painters, carpet vendors, appliance installers, etc...at the home. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Vic and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help us. He was very prompt at returning phone calls and emails, and he made us feel as if we were his only client. Kent Olson St. James Plantation 3 days ago Victor Rosado, Remax Lifestyle Communities. He is the very best realtor. When we bought our home in St. James the service did not stop when the papers were signed. We were out of town when Florence hit and Vic checked on our house and called (Of his own doing) What a great guy.

A few years ago Vic Rosado helped my husband and me to find our beautiful lot as well as a builder for our wonderful home in The Reserve. Due to one of lifes unexpected turns I recently found myself in a position requiring I sell the same home. Of course I turned to Vic.
