Working with Vic was such a great experience. From our first meeting, I felt confident placing my condo for sale with him. He came to that first meeting with so much information to help me establish a listing price. And he was completely unfazed with the fact that I would be a long-distance seller. Throughout the listing, showings, agreement and final sale, Vic was with me every step of the way. He was super-responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He gave me great advice. He went more than the extra mile for me, including being present for the delivery and installation of new appliances, and putting in new lampshades that I had mailed to his home. Selling my condo from afar could have been hugely stressful, but thanks to Vic, it was smooth sailing. I am so glad he was my realtor.

Vic Rosado did a truly extraordinary job of helping us sell our vacation home in coastal North Carolina. His greatest assets are knowing real estate and how to sell it. He's also a relentless hands-on fixer of things, totally unafraid to get his own hands dirty doing the most menial of jobs and excellent at finding the right contractors when they are needed. He is also a consistent doer of things to keep the house in the best shape possible to sell. He loves what he does, adding value wherever he can, but never in a way that causes his client to spend money unnecessarily. I cannot say enough about the huge difference that Vic's experience and drive made in selling our house for a price that I believe was very fair to us and to the new owners.

Vic worked to make sure we had the right house for us!
He always said his concern was that we purchased the right house for us and that ultimately, we were happy. He also pointed out the pros and cons of the properties to help us make that decision. He was sensitive to the fact that this was a huge purchase for our family, was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns we may have had during the process. He was very patient as this was our first attempts in searching for a property. He never lost sight of our goals in purchasing our vacation home on the ocean/beach.
He was fun to work with and genuinely demonstrated his desire to find the property that would be our vacation home!

Vic Rosado is an outstanding realtor and gentleman.He was extremely generous with his time and was very supportive. He helped me stage the home for the photographer and was very knowledgeable during negotiations . I was a realtor for 13 years and speak from experience. He is the very best.
