What a mess. I'm all for second chances but some of these people need retraining over and over.I was handed a drink with the lid not attached a frosty running all the way over again not attached and 1 napkin to clean up the mess myself. No straws or utensils. That was on top of a 20 minute wait just to order with one car ahead of me. To wait another 15 minutes for to cold biggie bags. Understaffed overworked or lack of training I'm not sure which but this store is always the same but it's 1 of the only late nights available in our area. Which it's a hit or miss on the late night hours I'm guessing due to staffing.

I used to go there a lot for breakfast and lunch. Its decent a lot of stuff breaks down and sometimes they get rude people working there but besides that the food is mostly fresh and fast. Like every other fast food restaurant they have good days and bad days, for instance I ordered a frosty during lunch break it took about 15 minutes to make it and remember to give it to me, but theres also times Ive ordered a full meal cookie and frosty and it was out in about 3-5 minutes.
