        When we moved to NC we ended up buying a spec home from Drake Homes. After we moved in we did have a few minor issues but they were taken care. Rons superintendent Tim Rivenbark was great. If you needed anything he was very helpful and great to work with.

        Ron Drake built a custom home for us in 2023. He is meticulous & pays attention to the details to ensure the house is built right. He has great ideas & makes suggestions that improve the house overall. When issues arise, as they will with any project, he is easy to work with and eager to get things resolved amicably and thoroughly. When Ron says he wants to build a home he can be proud of, he means it. We love our new home including all the little extras and finishing details. Everybody comments that we have a beautiful house.
