        The owner, Samantha, is absolutely fabulous. I went to have some adjustments made on my Tuxedo, and she made the experience incredibly easy. She is very knowledgeable on both mens and women's clothing and was able to accommodate me on short notice. I recommend Cinderella's Rockefellas to anyone in the Brunwick area looking for formal wear. Thanks!!

        Extremely expensive, I got a dress hemmed and alter. Was charged over $ 200.00 and dressed was not even steamed.

        Wow! What an incredible experience with the owner, Samantha, and her beautiful daughter. From the moment you walk into her boutique, the vibe was warm and inviting! She describes herself as Mary Poppins and she certainly is that and more. Her amazing designs speak volumes to her knowledge and passion for brides. If you are looking for a feel good experience, Sinderellas Rockefellas Bridal is the place for you!!

        Let me tell you about Sam at Sinderellas Rockafellas. This woman made me feel beautiful from the moment I walked into her home. Even if I would have hated her gowns (which no one ever could because they are quit literally the most stunning pieces of art I have ever laid my eyes on) but even if I did, I probably still would have bought one just because of how special she made me feel. I found the gown of my dreams and from that point forward I was able to reach out to Sam for anything and everything. She genuinely loves making people feel like their true most beautiful/handsome self in every form and shines so bright with her actions and how she radiates care and compassion for each person that walks into her boutique. Outside of her as a person and business woman, her gowns are STUNNING!!! If you love 5 of her gowns she will morph all 5 of them into one super dress for you. I hope every bride finds their way to her, she truly made me feel so incredibly stunning in my day and Im just very blessed I found her. Thank you Sam!!

      The appropriate time to have voiced your concerns was probably when you came to collect your gown. I always give a quote for the work prior to starting any work and you obviously decided to go ahead with us completing the work. If your brought the gown as a last minute alterations, you are charged for expediting the work. If you didn't ask for the whole gown to be steamed then this service will not be carried out. You were under no obligation to have us complete the work. You could have refused and taken your gown elsewhere.
