The Marsh Harbour Inn

A really cozy Inn located in walking distance to several restaurants, the ferry, and the Beach. My family and I have stayed a couple of times now and each visit we are left wishing we had another trip to look forward to again soon. For folks hoping to visit the island without having to book an entire house, dont sleep on this place! Its perfect.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying in the Savannah suites last weekend. We already knew we would love BHI, but what really made the trip enjoyable was where we stayed. The rooms were beautiful, everything was clean, and the staff (shoutout to Beth & Wanda!) were top notch. Thank you for wonderful hospitality! Our accommodations included golf carts too which was super convenient and eliminated the stress of having to rent them. If you plan to visit the island, I highly recommend staying at MHI!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Marsh Harbour Inn! Having rented several properties at BHI over the years, nothing compares to the service and location of the Inn (walkable to the marina/many of the restaurants, beautiful view of the marsh). Each room comes with its own (very nice) golf cart, and breakfast is served each morning to start your day. There are beach chairs, bikes, and chairs available for guests' use. The common spaces have all been recently renovated/professionally decorated, as well as many of the rooms (check out Savannah Retreat 6&8 in particular--gorgeous!). We love visiting with or without the kids. Pet friendly too.

The inn is beautiful. Everything was perfect for our visit. We were with family and we were able to use the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room to put the tables together for all of us to eat together. The golf carts were well cared for and very accessible. I took advantage of the complementary bikes and enjoyed a nice ride around the island. Rooms: The room was wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The staff was very helpful with anything we requested. Nearby activities: This inn is located in a perfect location. You have easy access to anything you need, or any activities you want to do. Safety: We felt very safe and comfortable in this beautiful inn. Walkability: You can easily walk to the beach or the town. Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was great. They offered something different each morning, as well as the basics. Noteworthy details: Our stay was off season, but we still found plenty to do. The Inn was perfect!

So close to the ferry and to the amenities of the village. I enjoy sitting on the balcony of Ship Watch drinking my morning coffee. The community kitchen allows us to enjoy a group dinner. East Beach is near enough and everything is dog friendly.
