I was referred to Paul and it had taken over 2 months to get the appointment made, which was not the major problem. It was set to be made as a phone appointment as Paul had moved offices. We finally get an appointment booked, and sent all of the tax documents as requested, I called twice on the day of the appointment and no response. I was confused as to why I was getting no response and I called the office number to be told, My phone call wont be answered and Paul wanted me to tell you to find someone locally. The extreme lack of professionalism, respect and consideration for ones time is truly upsetting and i would not recommend anyone else wasting their time, as well.

I have been using Taxpro for both my personal and business accounting and tax preparation for more than 15 years. Paul and Jackie continually keep me abreast of all financial changes that could affect my business's or personal monies. I wish all my business encounters were dealt with the personal attention and helpfulness that they continue to provide.

Horrible I scheduled an appointment and then called told the lady I was gonna be 10 minutes behind they told me to come on I get there and oh he won't accept you cause you were a few minutes behind oh man I reschedule no like HUH your a tax place that is your job DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE str8 trash that's why rating so low n lady was super rude no stars
