Booked a tripwas told I had an offer to upgrade for $212.00 if I acted in the next 4 minutes. I acted immediately and paid. My bank sent me a pending change notice. I never received my upgraded ticket from Amtrak so I called. They told me the upgrade wasnt available. So now there I a hold on my account for the money and I dont have upgrade was told I could pay over $500 for a different upgrade. Such a scam. Never Amtrak again. I can fly for cheaper!

No problem with Biggers people smoking a marijuana no open alcohol very good station needs a little help with handicap departures off trains and on it is semi retirement town though. The bathrooms got to be watched in cold weather came back into town and there was a transient making it is home had a knock really hard like a police officer to make him open the door women and men's room other than that people do have to stay warm
