        I hired this firm only to be hung up on by his staff when I ask for my money back they said it will be a week before the lawyer comes in then I call back only to be threatened to get the police involved for harassment after I done gave them 1500

        Attorney Jody Foyles has too many cases on the docket. I hired him in August 2023 for a simple title action. He wrote a letter to my other attorney in September ($140) and then an affidavit ($210) that took 3 months. After I explained to him that he had until Dec 31, 2023 to file the motioned, he stated his in-laws were sick and he couldn't keep his word. Final invoice of ($120) for me and my realtor trying to check the status of my case. Retainer was $3,500.00. He mailed my documents and a check for $1,500.00. He basically did not earn the rest. He stole it. Now he has to pay $370 to answer to the NC State Bar. Don't hire him right now. He cannot manage his case load and will perform poorly. If you try to hire someone else, he will begrudgingly steal your money.
