        BEWARE! Talamore has a policy of keeping your deposit you had to put down to reserve your event. Their written policy is ambiguous and implies when you read it you may cancel 31 days prior to your event. I cancelled 42 days prior and they refused returning our substantial deposit. Their definition of Booking date is the day you booked, not the date of your event Booking. This, in effect, means you lose your deposit anytime after the day you booked your event. . So they refused to return our deposit on that basis and dared me to refute the charge to my credit card. Our country club group had gone there for years. Not any more.
