        First citizen is great bank to do business with. Ive been banking with them for a few years and my experience has always been pleasant. Pat is absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to help you with your financial needs. Susan is also great, friendly and welcoming when you walk in. I would highly recommend this bank.

        Should work on customer service and policies: I took 2 payroll checks on a First Citizens business account. They wanted to charge $8.00 each to cash them. They are First Citizens checks!!!????. Probably management at this bank because other First Citizens banks don't need money this bad!
