        My gym membership was under Tamara Carter at the Smithfield North Carolina location . They Overall I was pretty satisfied even though it can be very crowded and the tanning beds are a big waste of time. They do not change out the bulbs so not much tanning going on. I have been to other PF where tanning was much better My anniversary month approached, and I drove to Smithfield to cancel because I no longer work or live in that area. I drove over 30 miles to cancel this membership and was told By management I could not cancel until February and would have to send a certified letter. ( I joined in January). They make it very hard for you to cancel Even after a year of membership, and in my case, havent even utilize the gym in Months. After I thought about it, Im pretty sure its so they can collect another yearly maintenance fee plus another monthly fee. I do not recommend the black card .
