Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Today me and family went in this store to get a polo shirt for husband to go to a wedding but we had an employee to walk around us and follow us the whole time. Not one time did he ask us if we need some help until I said you must think we are going to stole something. My husband was going to pay 110.00 for a shirt he wanted but when he was watching us so hard we went to another store. Its a shame you have to be watch like that because we are a black family. We both work for money and like to have nice stuff but I wont never come back to the is store.

I definitely recommend calling prior to visiting the store. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store tonight to exchange a sweater my daughter received for Christmas that was too small. I Arrived at 7:30 PM, and although Google and The Polo website for Carolina Premium Outlet said they closed at 9:00 PM, Two managers walked out of the store and said they actually closed at 7PM and also stated they can't "control what Google and their website states".
