I wanted to not leave a negative review after my first not so good experience, but after today's visit I had to leave one, I'd be doing a disservice to consumers if I didn't. FYI at my first, new to this place but have had my Jeep for five years, the guy changing a filter broke my glove compartment, didn't tell me, noticed it when I got home, smh.
This time I went for an oil change, there was a car parked in front of me so I waited, no one came out after waiting so I went in. That's when I was instructed to pull up. Fast forward a simple oil change cost $100! Never have I paid that much in the past five years. The lady with long brunette hair couldn't break down the cost and proceeded to share with me that she sometimes buys her own oil and asks the guys to change it for her. Should she be sharing that with consumers?! Can we do that? I told her the service wasn't that great and never did she try and rectify but instead went on to tell me about Strickland Bros. I won't be back, as a person of color, this place made me feel unwelcomed and cringy. Please do better.

I visited the dealership to look at a couple of trucks I thought I might be interested in, the salesman was very helpful, answered the questions honestly and promptly. No high pressure tactics at all,
I would highly recommend this dealership.
