I was never represented yet, I called to set up an appointment with Christi and the front desk receptionist was very rude. Who wants to proceed setting up anything if the first impression is unpleasant? Not me!

Christi and Bernice are excellent at what they do. What I noticed from the first meeting is that they listen. Christi does not have a cookie cutter approach but instead devises a plan of action based on your situation. She also never tells you what to do but instead guides you through the process and lets you make the decision (with her expertise of course). I would highly recommend her and her staff.

This law firm had what was in my best interest from day one (Consultation). Every single meeting that we had was never rushed. Christi made sure I understood everything she was saying. In the event that I needed to get an answer to anything and Christi wasnt available, her paralegal, Berenice Caballero could answer any questions I had.
