Have used this company for 2 years and they do not explain anything at all, this year they didnt even send us certain documents we needed. We are paying them to help us with our tax forms, which they get an attitude when you ask questions. Ridiculous. Do not use. Will be finding new company.

Very unhappy!!! Weve used this firm for over 20 years. The accountant we mostly dealt with retired last year. We were perfectly satisfied with everything, but this year our daughter, who is a college student and only worked a summer internship, is being charged the same as us for having her taxes done. It makes no sense. Her taxes were easy to do. She only made around $10k and had no expenses. We own a home and make much more than that. Why are we being charged the same amount!!!

Very unhappy with these people. We tried to use them for our personal and corporate taxes. They meet with us told us it would be no problem. After months of waiting (knowing that most CPAs are backed up from Covid still) we contacted them only to hear they needed a copy of IRS forms and wouldnt take our copy that we send them. So we waited another two months to get that paperwork. Called them again to see if they had it. We got a re will let know know response. We then contacted the IRS to see if it was sent. After days on the phone. It was send weeks ago. We then left a message and never got a call back. After trying four or five more times to get any information other than the person isnt here and will call you back(which never happen) I am giving up on these people. They are literally the worst none communicative group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are thinking of going to them for anything other than what I am sure Turbo tax could do for someone faster and more efficient think twice. Waste or time and money.
