The wait time in the ER is ridiculous. Nurses walking around talking. No ambulances coming in. This is uncalled for. Something needs to be done. Quit worrying about money and worry about patients.

We brought my granddaughter here on Sunday. She had a fever and a cough that had been going on for days. The ER team was prompt and had her back in no time trying to figure out what was wrong, after a chest xray ordered by Dr. Spada (who was wonderful) it was discovered she had pneumonia. She was eventually admitted to the hospital and we were there for 4 days. The floor she was on was the OBGYN floor. The nurses Kristen and Connie went above and beyond for my granddaughter (and us) I cant explain how wonderful they were. Everyone we had interactions with was amazing on that floor, the pediatricians were kind and comforting. Kristen and Connie were truly angels and I couldnt recommend this hospital more. I would also like to mention that while we were leaving upon being discharged, a team of atrium workers were on a full elevator but we declined entering due to the amount of people, the atrium team quickly departed the elevator stating that our patients come first and let us on and they got off. Everyone is so kind.

All of the staff are more than professional I have never been to a hospital especially on a rainy day & been treated so well this was one trip I ENJOYED! Happy Saint Patrick's Day HAPPY PLACES MAKE SMILING FACES

Atrium has to have the worst customer service. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and if you ever do, no one seems to know who you need to talk to, Been trying to get a bill straightened out for several months because Atrium didn't bother to get prior authorization from my insurance company. Date of service was 9/2023 and here it is 3/2024 and no one to speak with and no resolution.
