Wonderful experience shopping at Laughlin Furniture Outlet. I just bought a new recliner today and I'm so excited about it. My family has been buying recliners and mattresses from Laughlin for over 20 years and I do not see that changing anytime soon. Jennifer and Ben are amazing people and the store is a very warm and welcoming place where they make you feel like family! I highly recommend you check them out for your future furniture needs!

This review is way overdue. A few weeks ago we purchased furniture for our daughter's apartment. Laughlin Furniture Outlet was awesome to deal with! So pleasant and helpful, and the furniture is beautiful! Delivery was quick and they arrived right on time. Danny and Patrick had to carry the bedroom set and sofa upstairs, and did it with ease. What a great team they were. They were so nice and helpful in setting it up as well. An A+ experience from start to finish. By the way, this was our 3rd time we've purchased furniture from here, and each time we've had the same experience! Highly recommend!

Laughlins is a great place to shop for furniture! It is a family owned business and has been in Shelby for over 30 years. The selection is great and so are the prices! Everyone from the owner to the delivery people are extremely easy to work with. We highly recommend that you consider them for your next furniture purchase!

Laughlins is absolutely incredible! The people are what make this place! We were immediately welcomed and shown around their extensive showrooms! There was zero pressure! They know their products well! And the pricing cant be beat! They treated us so well we couldnt believe it! Wonderful people and we even got a hug on the way out! We will be back! Please go see them you wont regret it!!
