They said they had permission to put the box on my lawn. I called the city of Asheville and they said they had no idea. They said to call NCDOT. I called DOT and they said RST had no permission to put the box there. He told me to sue RST.
When I call RST there is no answer, just a recording. No one ever responds.
I am just going to open the vault and fill with gravel and dirt and cover the vault with steps as I had planned to do in the beginning.
They deserve neg stars
