We put on a lot of miles on our vehicle since we make deliveries, we will only use Roger for any work we need done, he is honest and knows what he is doing. You can trust him to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

When I first moved to this area, I took my vehicle to Roger once. He made a recommendation for a future appointment, which I made, however when I showed up for my appointment, they were closed. His girlfriend Christy told me that sometimes they don't go into work until maybe 10a-11a, depending on what they have going on. I have no problem with that, however if you make an appointment with your customer, and not able to make it for any reason, you should call to explain. If someone calls and you say you're going to call them back, you should. I understand being very busy, I get it... but you're not the only one who's busy. Most people lead very busy lives. It would be courteous not to mention professional to follow through with what you say. I am not saying you're a bad mechanic, I am just saying to call your customers and let them know, so they can reschedule. There are many mechanics in the area who would love to have new business. Your text messages to me indicate the lack of desire to make good (poor excuses and false accusations is not the correct avenue), so therefore we will be taking our business elsewhere.
