Took my vehicle to Fuller's at 3:30 on the day it gave me a problem. Told them I needed it repaired ASAP. They called the next day at 10:00am. They gave me the option of new or refurbished parts. They quoted me a couple prices, with suggestions and let me choose the best option for my wallet. And they were friendly and professional. I'd refer a friend.

I would give 2.5 stars if possible
When they actually did work on my vehicle it was decent work. From my personal experience they have issues with communication. Ive had to text, call, or just drop by every time they had any of my vehicles without them getting back in touch with me.
This last time I dropped my vehicle off and they never called or texted even after I texted them twice. My wife had to drop by on her on her lunch break and ask what was the deal with my vehicle. Theyve had it for almost 2 weeks
She called me and I finally got someone to tell me they got it started and running which I already knew because I brought a new battery and started it before I left. She told them we were taking it and they had to look in their notebook to see what they did, a $75 diagnostic but failed to tell me what the issue was. I honestly believe they didnt even look at it but thats an assumption.
After guessing what it might be my wife said she overheard someone say that its probably not worth fixing anyway but no one told me that on the phone and besides thats for me to determine. I was told they didnt know how far I wanted them to go and they just pulled it to the side and didnt call or anything. Well I wanted it fix but oh well.
As I stated before they do decent work, Ive had better and more professional but I was trying to support but I will never use their service again.
They are excellent with inspections.
